Short version: These terms govern your use of this website and any programs you purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Growth Room can be cancelled any time with 14 days notice. 90-Day Push is refundable if cancelled 14+ days before the cohort starts. Read Section 6 for the full cancellation and refund policy.
1. Parties
Service Provider: Giacomo, operating as Giacomo Grisanzio, Italy.

Client: Any individual or business that uses this website, creates a client portal account, or purchases a program or service.
By using this website or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase any program.

All prices are in Euros. Prices may be updated with 30 days notice to existing clients on monthly plans.
3. Payment
How payments work
- All payments are processed through Stripe a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor
- We never store, see, or have access to your card number, CVV, or banking details
- Payment is required before any program begins
- Monthly programs (Growth Room, 1:1 Mentoring) are billed automatically each month
- One-time programs (90 Days) are paid in full before the cohort begins
- A payment confirmation is sent to your email automatically by Stripe
Accepted payment methods
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Additional methods available via Stripe depending on your location
Currencies
All prices are listed in Euros (€). If your card is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer applies the conversion. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. After 3 failed attempts, access to the program may be suspended until payment is resolved. Contact us immediately if you have a payment issue.
4. Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade from any plan to a higher tier at any time:
- Growth Room → 90 Days or 1:1 Mentoring
- 90 Days → 1:1 Mentoring
To upgrade, use the Upgrade option in your client portal account section, or contact Giacomo directly by email or WhatsApp. The new plan takes effect from the date of your next payment. There is no penalty for upgrading.
5. Free Diagnostic Call
- Genuinely free €0 no obligation to purchase anything
- One free call per person or business
- 30 minutes via video call or WhatsApp
- Subject to availability
- Giacomo reserves the right to decline a booking if the service is not appropriate
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Growth Room monthly membership
- Cancel any time with 14 days written notice
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
- No refund for the current month once sessions have started
- To cancel: email hello@giacomogrisanzio.com or use the cancellation option in your portal
90 Days one-time payment
- Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the cohort start date
- 50% refund if cancelled 7,14 days before the cohort start date
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the start date or after the cohort begins
- If the cohort is cancelled by Giacomo, a full refund is issued within 14 days
1:1 Direct Mentoring monthly
- Cancel any time with 14 days written notice
- No refund for the current month once sessions have started
Right of withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason provided the service has not yet started. If you request the service to begin immediately, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service starts.
To cancel or request a refund: email hello@giacomogrisanzio.com with your name, program, and reason. We respond within 24 hours. Refunds are processed via Stripe and appear within 5,10 business days.
7. Client Obligations
- Be honest about your business situation the program works only with accurate information
- Complete agreed tasks and attend sessions
- Keep other clients' information strictly confidential what is shared in group sessions stays in the group
- Do not record sessions without prior written consent from Giacomo
- Use materials for personal business use only do not resell or redistribute
8. Confidentiality
Giacomo treats all client business information revenue figures, margins, client names, and all data shared in sessions or via WhatsApp as strictly confidential.
Clients in group programs must also keep other participants' information confidential. By joining a group program you agree not to share any other client's information with any third party.
9. Intellectual Property
- All session materials, recordings, worksheets, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Giacomo
- You may use materials in your own business
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publish materials without written permission
- You may not use materials to create competing products or services
10. Limitation of Liability
- Giacomo Grisanzio provides business mentoring not legal, financial, or accounting advice
- Giacomo cannot guarantee specific financial results from any program
- You remain solely responsible for all business decisions you make
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed primarily by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the service provider (Italy) and, where applicable, the consumer protection laws of your own country. For EU and UK consumers, local mandatory consumer protection law applies.
- Disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation
- EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- UK consumers may contact the UK Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR)
- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
